New Petition Application Guide
Please note that new petitions need to be submitted during Public Comment at the beginning of a regularly scheduled OUSD Board of Education Meeting in accordance with OUSD Board Policy.
Please submit one hard copy of the charter petition at the Board of Education meeting and three additional copies and an electronic version (PDF of the hard copy binder submission via email or thumb drive) directly to the Office of Charter Schools.
